Project Description
After the financial crisis 2007/2008, the main challenge for the banks was to meet the new guidelines of the international and the national regulators. One of the measures was for this financial institution to create a new corporate structure consisting of now two legal entities.
The goal of the project was to provide training concerning the changed processes, which had been defined on the basis of the new corporate structure. The training was intended for client advisors in Switzerland with clients who receive services from both legal entities. The main topics were the client relationship and the cooperation between the two legal entities.
The training expert from Innobrain developed - with the assistance of in-house experts - a multilingual WBT for client advisors of three different areas. The recording of the WBT’s voice over for all languages was done by professional speakers in a recording studio.
