Project Description

The global financial institution moved its IT client hardware and software to the latest technology in a global-scale project.

As a part of the overall renewal of its Windows and Office environment, the company was faced with the task of providing training for about 80,000 existing users worldwide in the sense of a delta-training. All the employees had to be familiarised with the new environment, to ensure that they could work as easily and efficiently as possible with the new work environment.

The courses were offered as an on-the-job training or as a classroom training directly on the day of the migration.
