Project Description

A global pharmaceutical company changed its entire IT client infrastructure in 3 phases (over 4 years), at the same time standardising its very heterogenous application environment for all divisions.

As a part of the overall renewal of the Windows, Office and Collaboration platform, the company was faced with the task to train about 120,000 existing users worldwide in the sense of a delta-training, and to familiarise them with the new work environment.

The training was provided before the migration in auditorium events, classroom trainings, on the job trainings or in classroom trainings directly on the day of migration.
